The Challenge
Real-time ride matching that works offline and stays consistent on reconnect.
A real-time offline-first mobility system. Ride matching, route planning, and live CO2 calculation run on constantly changing location data, across drivers, passengers, and solo commuters. Phones lose signal mid-route, so every ride had to stay consistent and resync cleanly once back online.

The Solution
An offline-first system that keeps matching, routing, and CO2 tracking running through every connection drop.
The app stores rides, routes, and location data locally, so matching and tracking keep working with no connection. When signal returns, everything syncs back in order, with conflicts resolved cleanly so no ride is lost or duplicated. A real-time engine handles route matching and live CO2 calculation across all three user roles, and the whole system runs on a modular architecture built to scale across companies.

The Process
We built the full product end to end — design, architecture, backend, and infrastructure.
A complete build from the ground up. We owned every layer: product design, system architecture, frontend, backend, and deployment. We scoped three distinct user roles into one coherent flow, designed the offline-first data layer and sync logic, built the real-time matching and CO2 engine, and stood up the infrastructure to run it. Design through deployment, one team, one continuous build.
