If you’re ready to shape the future with us, your journey could start here.
We changed how we work to match how software actually gets built now.
AI-assisted tooling compressed build time across the stack — data layer, API surface, frontend. What it didn't change: the architectural decisions that determine whether a system holds up under load, stays auditable, and scales without a rewrite. Tenant isolation, event ordering, schema design — the parts that don't show up until production traffic hits them.
That constraint compounds in regulated environments. HIPAA, KYC/AML, GDPR — B2B systems in healthcare and fintech carry compliance requirements that don't tolerate iteration in production. We built our engagement model around that: senior engineers who move at the speed AI tooling now allows, without treating architecture as something to fix later.

Founding team.
Our founding team spent over a decade building large-scale, mission-critical software for regulated institutions — hospitals, universities, Medicaid systems, banks, and insurers across the US and Europe. They led engineering teams inside systems where failure isn't an option.

Our approach.
We own.
We take full ownership of the parts of the system we handle. Proactive thinking, edge cases covered, tight coordination with your team to actually get to the outcome. Onboarding takes days.
Senior team.
Working between SF and Europe, we are actively following the frontier of what's shipping in AI, infrastructure, and product engineering. Our clients get the benefit of a team that's already read the paper, tried the tool, and knows why it did or didn't matter.
Founder-minded.
Many of us have been founders. That means we've been in the rooms where things are unclear, high-stakes, and moving fast. We move forward without waiting for every detail, bring our network in when it helps, and hold the same accountability as the people we work with. We show up as partners
Focused capacity.
We take on few engagements at a time. That's how we hold quality — and how we make sure the senior team is actually senior, on your work, not spread thin across five clients. Depth requires context, and context takes time to build. Fewer clients, deeper work, long-term partnerships — that's what keeps the work senior.
No layers.
Direct communication with the people building. When something needs a decision, you're in the room. When something needs a call, we're on it that day. This is how we've worked with founding teams across dozens of engagements — because trust and speed both depend on it.
